Everett Gasper is the current Chairperson of the African American Community Service (AACSA) Board of Directors. Mr. Gasper goals under his leadership is to increase collaboration between the Agency and other organizations in the community, increase the usage of technology to help the Agency run more efficiently, enhance the process used to distribute and provide service to the community and to implement more creative processes used to increase revenue used to support the programs and activities sponsored by the Agency.

Mr. Gasper is currently the CEO of a software development company that is based in the San Jose area. He has over 15 years of experience in the technology arena that ranges from positions as a Software Developer to a Senior Project Manager. He's an active member of his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., in which he has been a member for 20 years and held many positions throughout both his collegiate and post-graduate years. Mr. Gasper attended San Jose State University and graduated in 1988 with a degree in Information Technology.

Everett is originally from Louisiana and has lived in San Jose since 1982. He joined the AACSA Board of Directors in 2006 in which he previously held the position of Vice Chair. Everett has also held various executive positions in his fraternity and is on the Board of Director of the ESL Education Foundation. He is also currently a Board of Directors for the African American Cultural Center holding the position of Treasurer.
