Milan R. Balinton is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of Youth and Young Adults committee of the African American Community Service Agency (AACSA). Long before joining AACSA in 2006, he was taken by the hand by his grandmother and introduced to the NAACP organization telling him "give back to the community, for many have sacrificed so that we could be free and you must do the same" These words have stuck with him since then Milan has held several leadership positions and served on several committees.

Raised in San Francisco, California, Milan now lives in San Jose, California with no children. Recently, honored with the Commitment to Excellence Award at the annual MOSAIC Cross Cultural Center ceremony; for Notable Achievements in Service to San Jose State and the San Jose community.

As a fulltime student and working for University Housing Services at San Jose State University as the Student Accountant Assistant. Milan continued to be a dedicated leader serving on the Presidents Council, National Pan Hellenic Council, Black Student Union, and in 2007 helped establish and served as the first President of the first Collegiate 100 Black Men Chapter on the west coast, Polemarch of the Delta Rho Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and African American Commencement Chair.

Since graduating from San Jose State University, Balinton currently still maintains positions as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and Youth and Young adult programs chair of the African American Community Service Agency, board member of the African American Center, Polemarch and Board Member of the San Jose Alumni Chapter, and is currently interning as an Executive Team Leader- Intern for Target Corp.
