Shawneequa Badger is the Immediate Past Chair of the African American Community Service Agency (AACSA). During her term as Chair, she has overseen the revival of the annual Juneteenth Festival to the largest Juneteenth Celebration in the Bay Area and grown the overall community outreach of the Agency.

Although born in Texas , Shawneequa grew up in San Jose where she became a creation of the Silicon Valley. While working for a growing biotech company, she dove into the world of internet marketing. In 2003 she moved from biotech to real estate sales in San Jose. Her knack for working with people demonstrates the versatility of her innovative process management coupled with technological vision which has enabled her to grow the African American Community Service Agency to new levels during her term as Chair in 2006.

She has recently launched her marketing agency, 360 Minds Marketing which allows her to use her expertise in marketing and business development to show clients how they can combine traditional advertising with new media for maximum results. In this capacity, she will be able to provide integrated marketing campaigns and programs to the fields of entertainment, non-profit and business.

Shawneequa currently resides in San Jose. She is an avid angler and loves spending time with her Doberman Pinschers - all 8 of them.
