This page provides step by step instructions on how to submit and maintain
your profile on the web site. If you have any questions or need further assistance or if you have a request,
please submit your questions or request to economic@sjaacsa.org.
Enclosed is what you will need to submit a request to add your organization profile to
our online resource center.

Organization Logo
If you have an organization logo, then make sure the logo meets the following requirements:
1)
Have to be a gif, jpeg or jpg file.
2)
Must be 130 pixels in width and 100 pixels in height for optimize viewing.
3)
Must have a unique name like sjmentoring.gif. Preferably your company name.

Contact Information
You must provide your organization contact information, which includes your organization name,
address, city, state, zip code and primary phone. Web site and email addresse are recommended but optional.

Service Selection
You must select a service category that best describes the type of service that you provide. Please view the
drop down list to see if a service that describes your business is listed.
If not, then please submit a request
to our support team to add your service to the list. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. You
will receive an email indicating the status of your request.
AACSA reserve the right to accept or deny your request.

Key Word Selections
In addition to our site visitors finding your organization by name, address and service category,
we also allow them to use key words. For example, if you provide housing service for veterans and single men only.
Then you could select the key words Veterans and Single Men.
You are limited up to 5 key words in which any
additional key words will be deleted from your request. Also, if you do not see a key word in our list, you can
opt to submit a request to add additional key words. You can always change your key words as often as you want.
AACSA reserves the right to accept or deny any key word request that we feel is already provided by existing key words or is not
a valid key word.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Create a Profile If you are already on the AACSA web site, click on the link "My Logon". If not click here to create a profile. Upon creating your profile, you will have the option to submit a request to add your organization to our resource center.
The logon page will appear for you to enter your userid and password. If you do not have a profile, click on the
Register Here link. Follow the instructions on the page to register your profile. Note: You must select "Non-Profit/Faith/Service Base" for Profile Type. Upon registering successfully, a Thank You page will appear. Click on the link to access your Control Panel.
If you already have a profile, then enter your userid and password to access your control panel.
Submit Resource Center Profile Request
On your Control Panel, you will see the options:
Update Profile
Submit/Update Member Directory Listing
Submit/Update Resource Center Listing
Submit Calendar Request
Click the "Submit/Update Resource Center Listing" link to submit your request. The Member Directory
is offered to those organizations and businesses who are members of the Agency. Contact the office
for the membership package prices and benefits.
Step 3:
Submit your request
Follow the simple step by step screens to submit your request. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be
processed. All request must be approved by the Agency in order to appear on the web site
Step 4:
Update your organization profile
In order to maintain valid links, we require organizations to update or indicate no changes to their profile every six months.
If you opt to not perform this task, your organization's profile will not appear in the online resource center until you've
performed this task and its been approved by the Agency.
