Working committees that require support include the following:
- Ticketing - Selling and coordination of ticket purchasing
- Marketing/PR - General marketing and public relations to support the luncheon
- VIP Coordination - Logistic and reception for any VIPs the come to the event
- Logistics - Overall logistics of the event (set-up, break down, reception, decor, etc.)
- Fundraising - Finding financial support through sponsorship and other methods of funding
- Government Relations - Working with government agencies to confirm their support via attendance or sponsorship
- Volunteer Coordination - Coordination of volunteers for the day of the event. Will work with logistics committee to ensure they are fully staffed.
- Speaker Selection - Committee that works to find speakers for this year's event
- Awardee Nominations - Selection committee that will facilitate the nomination process for this year's awardees.
Last year's event was highly successful and a pleasure to plan - let's do it again!
