Question: Why should I create a profile with a username and password?
Answer: We require creating a profile with a username and password for the following reasons:
- For future events and activities sponsored on our site, you will be
able to register by entering your username and password versus having
to retype your profile information for each event.
- You will be able to easily update your profile information if your
address changes.
- After registering, you will be able to logon to your control panel
to verify and check the status of your registration. For example, you
will be able to verify if payment has been received, when or if your
tickets have been mailed ...etc.
- You will be able to obtain an electronic report of all the donations
that you submitted online from your control panel.
- You will be able to post activities for posting in our community
calendar. All request must be approved by an administrator.
- If you have a business, for a small fee, you will be able to post
and update your business profile. All new entries and updates must be
approved by an administrator.
- If you have a non-profit business, for free, you will be able to post
and update your non-profit profile. All new entries and updates must be
approved by an administrator. Please contact our office if you want the ability
to post your non-profit organization on our web site.
