The African American Community Service Agency dance class is back tomorrow night with Trey Russell! Join us for an uplifting experience that moves your body, lifts your spirit, and connects you with community. Dancing isn’t just fun—it’s powerful for your health and well-being. It improves strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, while relieving stress, boosting mood, and building confidence. Dance also strengthens memory, encourages teamwork, celebrates diverse cultures, and brings pure joy through movement and music. Throughout the class we’ll also highlight Diabetes and Obesity Awareness, thanks to the generous support of El Camino Health. Join us for AACSA Open Library on Saturday, May 9th! This session will feature Kynisha Ducre, also known as Daisy the Clown—a New Orleans native, professional clown, performer, and children’s entertainer. She will share her first interactive book, with more on the way, including her upcoming children’s book Go Daisy Go!

The African American Community Service Agency (AACSA) is excited to kick off its Senior Citizens Connected Program eight-week program, sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, Comerica Bank, and BCDI-SCC, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at AACSA! Senior Citizens Connected Program is designed to foster the senior community connections, enhance technology skills, eat wholesome meals, engage in interactive games, and participate in activities promoting health, wellness, and meaningful engagement. Join us every Thursday as we create a space for education, connection, and community!
