Attend to learn about Kwanzaa and participate in a cultural experience virtually. The seven principles, or Nguzo Saba are a set of ideals created by Dr. Maulana Karenga. Each day of Kwanzaa emphasizes a different principle. Unity: Umoja (oo–MO–jah) To strive for and maintain unity in the family, community, nation, and race.

Learn how to cook a healthy soul food dish from the expert, Chef Sandra Dailey. You will be able to watch and cook along. Instructions and a shopping list will be provided.

AACSA will be closed from Monday, Dec 21st through Friday, Jan 1st. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, Jan 4th.

AACSA will provide the list of ingredients and instructions. Bonus opportunity for first come first serve will receive all items purchased for pick up.

AACSA knows people are hurting and want to be heard. Our role is to listen to find solutions, resources, and understand. If you want to be heard and feel self-expressed in a safe open space. AACSA has reached out to professionals in the field to assist.

Senior Citizens have been isolated and not as active due to coronavirus. AACSA, Garden City Women's Club and partners will provide a short virtual active program for senior citizens (65+) to dance the night away with a virtual DJ, dressed in their Sunday’s best, and access to information and resources.

The AACSA Leadership Academy (ALA) program has partnered with Silicon Valley Community Foundation to provide access and information about scholarships and internships. Open to high school, college students, and parents.
