The African American Community Service Agency dance class is back tomorrow night with Trey Russell! Join us for an uplifting experience that moves your body, lifts your spirit, and connects you with community. Dancing isn’t just fun—it’s powerful for your health and well-being. It improves strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, while relieving stress, boosting mood, and building confidence. Dance also strengthens memory, encourages teamwork, celebrates diverse cultures, and brings pure joy through movement and music. Throughout the class we’ll also highlight Diabetes and Obesity Awareness, thanks to the generous support of El Camino Health. Date: May 21st, 2026, Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm Location: African American Community Service Agency
