Share your business with more than 900 guests from community and trade organizations, corporations, philanthropists and students at the 47th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon: Monday, January 18, 2027, 12:00–2:00 pm, Holiday Inn San Jose – Silicon Valley, 1350 N. First St., San Jose.

Vendor terms

Setup: Vendor must be setup by 10:00 am for a run-through and 1:30pm—2:30pm. (No Exceptions)
Refunds: No Refunds for cancellations
Payment by check: Make checks payable to AACSA (Please note there will be a surcharge of $35.00 for returned checks)
Confirmation: Confirmation of vendor spot will be confirmed upon receiving payment.
By email: Confirmation of application with additional information will be sent by email.
Non-profit vendors: Non-Profit Tax ID # required
