Laurie Webb is an accomplished attorney, who brings 30 years of legal and business experience, having most recently served as Vice President, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Seagate Technology. She has spent most of her career in executive and leadership roles in technology and consumer packaged goods companies, where she gained expertise in corporate governance, compliance, ethics, risk management, corporate and commercial transactions, data governance, employment and intellectual property. She has a record of successfully leading strategic corporate events and creating compliance and risk management infrastructure. She is also dedicated to mentoring and developing other professionals.
