Jeremiah Lineberger is the Development, Data Analyst, and Programs Specialist at the African American Community Service Agency (AACSA) in San Jose. Jeremiah specializes in communications (storytelling), grant writing, data analysis, and producing annual reports. He co-leads AACSA’s signature events, including the MLK Luncheon and Juneteenth in the Streets Festival. His work focuses on strengthening and building community partnerships, elevating AACSA’s visibility through storytelling, and driving strategic outreach to support its programs and mission.

In addition to his development work, Jeremiah plays a key role in AACSA’s ALA Leadership Academy, where he works closely with high school and college students to provide educational support, scholarship assistance, and access to internships and job opportunities. He also helps students connect with Silicon Valley companies, offering exposure to technology and policy, and guides them in applying for City Council committees and youth advisory boards to increase civic engagement and leadership development.Jeremiah brings two years of experience in the tech industry from his time at Aircover Communications, where he supported public relations efforts for technology companies and C-suite executives. His work involved conducting in-depth media research, developing strategic communications plans, and helping companies secure coverage across key media outlets to elevate their brand presence.

Jeremiah holds a master’s degree in Mass Communications from San José State University (SJSU) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) at SJSU. His masters research was focused on expanding the reach and impact of the SJSU Black Alumni Network through a strategic social media and public relations campaign, boosting visibility, increasing alumni engagement, and strengthening connections with undergraduate students. Through his doctoral studies, he aims to become a leading advocate and policymaker focused on advancing equity in education for historically underserved communities.
