Ayisha Osborne is an accomplished professional in social services and community engagement, with a proven track record in program development, case management, and organizational leadership. Her experience spans roles such as Community Resources Navigator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Resident and Staff Coordinator, and Children’s Services Coordinator. Over the years, she has developed expertise in building strong community partnerships, managing client services, and coordinating large-scale events. Her background in human resources and administrative management further strengthens her ability to lead teams, oversee operations, and implement impactful initiatives.
Born in Southern California and raised in Monterey County, Ayisha discovered her passion for service at a young age through volunteer work with local Indigenous organizations. She also served as a CASA advocate, working with children who have experienced neglect and are involved with the child welfare system. Completing her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, she continues to build on her strong foundation of community-focused leadership.
Deeply committed to uplifting and empowering African-American communities, Ayisha focuses her work on fostering growth, resilience, and connection. Outside of her professional work, she has a deep love for hula dancing, with over 20 years of dedicated performances. With her unique blend of cultural awareness, empathy, and operational expertise, Ayisha continues to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the communities she serves.
